Can I use the SATA as the primary one and the IDE as eslave? My SATA have Windows Vista and the IDE have dual boot XP/7. I want to recover my IDE files with Vista and delete XP or 7. It is possible? Please help me. :(

okay you will need access to another computer and burn a distro of linux onto it then wipe the hdd (usining the  live cd(running an os off a cd))

Then reinstall windows
