Obama has a "plan" to get our economy moving again, even though over 300 leading economists DO NOT support it and say that smaller gov't and less spending are actually more efficient at stimulating growth. The stimulus is a fraud. It didn't work with the New Deal, and it won't work now. It didn't work for Japan, either. It just left them with massive debt. The lost decade is DUE entirely to the stimulus of the 90s, not because they "didn't spend enough." Please!

Your comments are factually incorrect. The community reinvestment act forced banks to give loans to people who would not normally qualify. Once the banks felt they had the backing of government through F and F greed did kick in as it does in a capitalist society which is the other half of the equation.

Dr. Haney said any IQ over 140 must be specifically tested for. Usually IQ exceeding 140 is noted as 141 or 140+.

The only reason to test above that would be for a specific job , like say topology where the person must have a higher IQ and start around 10 years old.
