If these assholes would take their speeding off the steets and on the tracks we wouldn't have this problem. The statement "they were just chillen" is ignorant. I live on fullerton and this guys ride their bikes all night going over 75 mph down the streets designated for 35. The only time I ever see them doing the speed limit is when there's high traffic volume and there's no where for them to go.
maybe if there were local tracks things would be diffrent in this case i dont know if it is the case but in minnesota there aint a track for a good 100 + miles from the capital

@dogstar7 if guys on crotch rockets would park like normal ppl instead of trying to take over the spots and intimidating ppl, maybe they would get messed with....they get the reputation they do cuz majority of them r assholes and ride like assholes.
suburbs have lots of desperate cops thirsty for action or to hand out tickets, this includes all suburbs surrounding the city of chicago, like in the NW suburbs they hand out the most tickets...
That was nice of the cop to block the street so they could safely get out.
