@KululuLover It's found near one of the cabins in the snow on your way to Snowpoint city. If you take it into the cabin and talk to the hiker inside the cabin, you get an Ice type Plate item which I forget the name of but it's useful if you have an Ice type Pokemon on your team since it boosts Ice type moves power.

i used a repel, info on repel, keeps weak pokemon away for 100 steps, i took a step after using it and found a lvl 20 shiny gibble. At least pokemon knows strong pokemon. XD

gible is a very useful team member, especially when going up against the gym leaders where u have no super effectives (if u dont), but only if youve evolved it AT LEAST once

U mean u have an emulator (which equals piriating). To use the Explorer kit u need to have DS wireless connection. Otherwise i don't think you can use it.
