No. The movement is accurate, although there is no wheel to make the movement more smooth and the legs are too long (the leg proportions should follow the golden ratio for a smooth movement)

Yes. The length of the leg divided by the length of the frame perpendicular to the leg (or any one composing the square above it), should give the golden number, that is about 1.6.
