What I don't understand about this product is why don't they just put the burger in a space age bag or something? Why go to all that effort to make a product where you have to get it to fit exactly into a can and other logistics. There surely were easier ways of creating a portable burger in this day and age.

I bought it from some kind of German hiking supply website. They don't ship to the states though (I was living in Sweden at the time). I even tried to bring one back home with me, but they confiscated it at JFK customs. Forbidden German meat I guess.

Hehe... I was definitely impressed. The texture of the patty was a little odd, but the bun wasn't soggy, and the cheese was nice and melty. Certainly it wasn't anything like the photo, but I didn't really want them to try to can lettuce and tomato anyway...
