last week i saw his show Enigma and felt the need to try the stuck to my sofa again. i went on sky + and watched it.

An interesting experiment, but I was quite surprised at how obvious it was carried out. It's basically suggestion. Derren's done all the work before the film starts (hence the 'it won't work on the internet' explanation). He installs into your mind the feeling of being stuck with the words just prior to showing the film and the footage of people stuck. So when you're watching the film, the power of suggestion makes you feel stuck. I would suggest the film has no impact at all, in reality.
