Its a mini DLC, its on Xbox live and its for the PC and unless its recently changed, it is NOT on the PS3. I have no idea why 360 has the 'hook up' but it is what it is.
Also, you pointed out a 'two headed septim' I never saw that (I have 360, might be why) and there was also a resist poisin robe in your chest, I only got like 5 g and a lesser soul gem. Pretty pathetic for a Hard lock chest. I wonder why it wasnt there :(
