SG sounds great! I'm not sure why so many people love them though. THere's something about the neck joint that's just awkward and weird. You should ckeck out Schecter guitars. amazing quality. Great woods, neck joints, and decent pickups for 400 bucks (if you get the c1 plus) If you have the time, you should check em out. Again, your playing is unsurpassable as always. Keep playing man

you like the sg's though yeh, what strikes you about them?

i'v got an sg but i prefer my LP (yeh dosn't everyone) but i like it becuase it's solid (non chambered) and its got chunk to it, feels good.

I like the sculpted shape, the comfort & playability of the SG. The tone of a Les Paul has a bit more top & bottom than an SG, but I find they're not as comfortable to play. I like a lot of guitars for different reasons.

I don't think I own a stock guitar. The SG in this video has a scalloped fretboard as well as a modified neck pickup.

nice. Is that the 61 reissue? I love my sg but sometimes i wish it would have a 60s neck. the 50s neck kinda makes my hand cramp up sometimes lol

Yes it is and the neck on this particular guitar is even thinner than most 61 reissues.

The '61 reissues have a neck that kind of melts in your hands, if you know what I mean.

Yea I do, especially after you've been playing standards all day and then hop on the '61. What a difference, but sound and comfort in the same guitar is hard to come by in a guitar.

You should try the Yamaha SG 2000. Believe me! Once you've tried it, u won't touch a les paul or gibson sg again. Check out my videos of it..

I know it's been suggested before but you should really make a CD with some of your you tube hits and and a dvd so you don't have to cut the quality of your vids...
