It's custom firmware, flashed the psp. Common knowledge by now though, themes are easy to make for custom firmware though. Just search Darkalex or something in google >_> It's been a while.

This is damn custom firmware that makes ur psp way better and funner.You should download it,but be careful to not fuck it up

it not custom firmware i have like 500 themes on my 8 gig memstick

well google a CTF theme and it wont run on a psp unless you have a custom firmware. you also cannot access flash0 to apply flash themes.
