Deanna Johnston - I'm the Only One

Don't get me wrong, I liked Deanna as much as the next person. But she wasn't my personal favorite. That being said, she flat out laid down the law with this performance. That whole damn show that night was a killer actually.

Love this girl. She was my favorite. I am surprised she is not bigger, but in todays pop garbage world, with Gaga, Spears, Beiber and other techno-morons with no talent, it's all about how you can dance and how much of a firework display you put on at a show.

She and 'Sweet Suzi' were great.

well she may not be a vocal prowess but at least she got the attitude...but anweiz they both didnt got the gig anyways so nothing to argue about it just that i think deanna has something that other rock singers dont have...how about comparing the voice of deanna to dilana's?

Yh that's cause Dana has more range so she actually sings the song rather than belting it out. Deanna obviously couldnt produce any intonation but she brought it down with her stage vibe.

i disagree with some of your comment...can't you feel the vocal power deanna has?...dana didnt do better than deanna...dana dont have that vocal range either..didnt you hear her do the song it's my life? she didnt hit the notes in the chorus part

Yes Deanna has more vocal power because she has a thicker voice than Dana. And you think Dana doesnt have vocal range, listen to Deanna's performance of "I Cant Make You Love Me" (I dunno if someone has uploaded it). She didnt do that song justice at all cos her voice is in a lower register, even she felt so (smart woman).
