yeah i remember this, first thought it was a terrorist attack on the san patricio mall about 1 and half miles where i live it took about 20 minutes for the radio stations figure out what really happend and it took about 10 seconds for the island to reach the refinery, even thought the autorities asked them to go back home because there could be another explosion. lol
it is great to see that people like you are caring about things that happen like this...it didn't get nearly the mainstream press that it deserved in the states. I appreciate your video. keep up the good work.
The blast also woke me up. I initially thought it was an earthquake! Luckily no one died, although its been 24 hours and the flames have not been extinguished. Some people here are screaming terrorism. I just think it was human error...
As unbelievable as it sounds considering the size of the explosion, it looks like there were no fatalies. Only minor collateral injuries caused by the blast radius have been reported. Authorities are still investigating the cause. Because of the sheer size of the toxic plume, one concern is that the wind direction might change and affect nearby municipalities. Right now it's blowing it away from the population and towards the ocean.
hey thanx for care about Puerto Ricans man but, why a white person like you would care about Puerto Ricans that much to inform with a video like this? i mean, i'm curious, really it surprise me at all.
I am Puerto Rican and I live in one of the munucipalities near the blast site; really bad; my sis and I woke up to the 'earthquake' caused by the explosion; thanks for posting
