Im australian and in 2008 I went with a friend to california and of course we went to the theme parks (growing up only seeing them on tv - i couldn't wait to go) the one thing that stood out was at 6 Flags I think or Magic Mountain, (i Can't remember - you drive for about 40 minutes out of LA and it's on a huge hill and has a ride called the orient express) every single employee was of asian descent and not one spoke english, i felt so bad for them, like watching human traffic :(

The BIG question about this episode is what is meant by the line "This place wants to be Disney World but it's just some creepy fascist copy". Some interpret this to be a critique of Six Flags thinking Hans the Hare = Bugs Bunny. My guess is it's still a satire of Disney World, but that line was inserted solely to get it on the air, because otherwise I don't think Disney would have approved...

Almost certainly the funniest episode in a generally very dreary season 8, and a well-deserving satire on Disney trying to meddle with shows. I do not believe the Conners could afford to send their entire extended family including Bev and Mark and David for a week there, even with Dan's pension money from the city.
