The show would've been better if they showed their reaction when they were told it was a prank. But instead they act like it's real. In the begginning of the show the host would say "everything on this show is real".

Biggest flaw of this show, does not show the reveal. Number one, not showing the reveal makes people think its fake, number two, People WANT to see the reveal.
@TacoShivers Well the head in a jar was a robotic head with a sound speaker. obviously and the grab machine had a small door opening in the glass. would be my guess and some scared people were really paid actors. like when they showed someone getting fake cut in half. as soon as the camera is showing something else. there setting up the fake rubber body just like in the movies and it's edited to look like seconds......!
they set up a kid to help sort through some dead guy's junk...they leave him alone, he finds a jar with a decapitated head, and then the head start to moan and make unintelligible sounds...

I mean like holy shit......Last night I just watched the show with the liquid nitrogen......The man was frozen and when he fell on the ground.....He shattered.I didn't have nightmares though.

...That's the point. It's a show similar to fear factor. This video is a compilation of clips from the show. The people believe it is real while they are going through it, but yes. It is fake. It is a prank.
