I started to loose weight September 2011 and lost 14lb by christmas, that was just by cutting out fizzy drinks and fried food, then christmas came and i gained 6lbs, Newyear came and i was feeling pretty depressed. Ive now found your videos and have been watching them for the past 30mins and i LOVE YOU SO MUCH! i can totally relate to you. 2012 is my year. Girl I so relate to you when you say you could not see the results in the beginging. I did not see it and then recently trying to make a before up to now video I can see how I have lost my 2nd chin, I can see the change, even small 40lbs now and I can't wait to see what more weight loss for all of us in 2012 is going to look like. I just treated myself for my 20lbs loss to Wii Zumba Dance Party. I tired it and can not do it, it hurts but I know in time I will be stepping up my game :) ~Hugs~

I made me a little playlist of workout vids, and its free.

I have started today and girl I had to talk myself away from the candy at the check out line :) i just feel kinda resolved and I hope to stick to it :) I'm looking into curves and have tried to win a gym membership in my area...its gonna take some budgeting but i have to choose it :)
try this recipe: take boneless/skinless chicken, cook 1 min each side in olive oil. cover in salsa of your choice & bake for 20 mins-so yummy!
