I do that too when someone invades my lane so aggresively. I know i shouldn´t but in that moment it gets on my nerves and begins to be more important than safety itself. That was actually very reckless from both drivers, he royal mail driver, he's a very good driver, he did a good job avoiding an accident, but he should not have forced that white lorry to change lanes, there could have been a car in the second lame

@HMSDaring1 There was a vehicle in lane 2. If you look closely toward the beginning of the clip you can see a nearside mirror which belongs to a transit pickup which moved over into lane 3 (in anticipation?)

Driving like a tw@t aint condoned in any ones eyes, but royal mail driver has to remember the foot and a half high company name and logo on his truck, he is easily traceable and probably got suspended/sacked.

"White van man" cut up the royal mail lorry... the royal mail driver had to swerve to avoid a nasty collision... he then retook his position on the highway at the earliest possible opportunity... owning "white van man" in the process.

bad move 7.5 drive but no need for that kind of reaction, yeah being cut up is a fucker, but at least theres no traffick on the hard sholder or he could of eased off for quarter of a second. there is no way RM driver could of known if there was traffick in lane 2 when he forced m8e into it. 50 foot at 55 mph aint a lot of time lost, i aint working it out but its gota be less than 2 seconds. perhaps if they both left 2 mins earlyer then theres no need to try and save em later. Wanker!!

Going by the video, the driver in the white lorry would probably get charged with driving without due care and attention, for that would probably get about 9 points on his or her license.
The RM driver would probably be looking at dangerous driving, with that at least a 2 year ban and 12 months in jail. Most certainly never work behind the wheel again.
