The Germans were quicker in development but by the end of the war the higher end Sopwiths and Spads outperformed German Fokkers, though the differences were nondecisive. The Allies outmanufactured them and in the end it was numbers that led to their victory in the skies.

Mani and his Flying Circus motived themself by playing for onenightstands with women. When they had shot down a spezial number of planes, they could fuck with a woman. Richthofen got the Blue Max. "Stramme Max" is a Bavarian word for a hard dick. Someone in his one line was jeaoules at him, because he was very short away to have a special number of shooting planes down, he would fuck with a very wonderful woman. The guy manipulated his MG and Mani shot in his probeller. So he was a easy victim.

aerial superiority! so that your side can do recon on enemy infantry positions.. but ur recon planes cant fly over enemy territory until ur fighters can engage and occupy the other sides enemy fighters.. use some common sense man.
