A few points to make. Obama's experience in the senate and in the Illinois state legislature should not be taken lightly. He was a bold voice for change even before his party took control of congress. That counts for something. As for McCain, I won't deny that he has more experience than either of the democratic candidates. But all the experience in the world won't matter if he's mistaken about what the country must do.  And I believe that he is. We can't afford to ride along with him until he discovers that he's on the wrong track.
