On InstantAction click the gear near the top right of the game window (to the left of the list of players). Turn up mouse sensitivity, which is automatically set obnoxiously low each time you leave. Alternatively, move the mouse really fast (HARD on a trackpad :)). <-- OMG WHO'S READ XKCD RECENTLY HOW SHOULD I DO THAT?!
