Hollywood has been churning out a bucket load of bullshit films and fail remakes for over half a decade. I just hope they don't ever, ever EVER touch this film. Film makers and writers today have lost the art of making hands on movies like this one and rely heavily on CGI which produces a synthetic look. This film is a masterpiece and one of my all time favourite. The great dining hall and fireplace set is portrayed to perfection...along with the other things.

@MrHEC381991 true..everything is easier with CGI..but what i notice is that prosthetic and the old school way of movie making is becoming a lost art.everyone wants to jump to CGI cause its easy than breaking out the clay and plaster of Paris...but like take darkness for example.i dont think you could of gotten that level of realism with CGI..(without it being 123 the budget of the movie computer design artits are greedy as hell!)

@SuperDrobbins AMWIL was the BEST wherewolf movie i have ever seen..better than the howling or Bad moon..or any of the others (skin walkers was pretty cool)...yeah CGI is good and all but if you want realism..foam latex every single time man..perhaps in another 20 years CGI will look totally life like..but right now its a lazy mans tool of model and creature making..you wont see Tom Savini or Stan Winston (Rest in peace) using CGI cause they are old school!
