In part 4, this guy says he was "raised in a false religion," which suggests to me that he was, at some point in his life, completely and totally brainwashed by some Christian missionaries. He now believes that anyone who doesn't think exactly as he does is in the wrong, and that they therefore need to be converted to his way of thinking.

If 2 people are on a tall building and step off, gravity will be true for both of them, even if one sincerely believes there is no gravity. Without a standard-giver (God), all would be subjective. One last thing; Adam Lambert has taught me more about truly living my faith than anyone else on this planet. I used to make fun of people that were “weird”; I used to be closed-minded. Adam, through his kind words and loving actions taught me to accept and love everyone. I recently went to one of his concerts and felt closer to God than ever before. I have a few more questions for you. Do you believe in the theory of evolution? Do you truly believe that Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. will not be able to attain salvation/eternal peace? Even if they were, hypothetically, the closest to the definition of a “perfect” human being as possible? Are you content in believing in such a judgmental God? Are you open to the possibility of having a very close emotional relationship with a man to whom you are not related?
@claudiacloods Regarding the religions you mentioned...the problem is that everyone who is old enough to know right from wrong, and has sinned just ONE time, has already done enough to be separated from God for all eternity. And there is no amount of good works you can do to wash away even one sin, let alone the thousands we are all guilty of. And since God is a just judge, He must punish all who have broken His commands. But He is also loving amd merciful (continued next post)...
@claudiacloods He is merciful, and "while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us". So God could be a just judge and punish sin, but also merciful in that He took the penalty we deserved. So any religion that is attempting to get right with God by their good works, donations, repetitious prayers, whatever, they will all fail. The bible says "All our righteous acts are as filty rags to God" We can't bribe the judge. We must accept His payment for us, the blood of Christ.
Now that we have that out of the way, I’d like to share certain thoughts that came to mind as I watched your videos. I’m sure you’re aware that Jesus changed the way people were to follow God’s commandments. He even went so far as to change the Old Testament thinking of “an eye for an eye” into New Testament thinking of “turn the other cheek”. Maybe someone new will come along and expand on Jesus’ teachings... do you think you’d believe the person if they claimed to be the new Messiah?

Since we don't know when that day will be, please let TODAY be the day of salvation. Turn from sin and turn to Christ. Lying isn't always a sin per se. Are you telling me if you were in a situation in which Nazis are in control and you were hiding a Jewish family from them and these Nazi soldiers come to your door and ask " do you know of any Jews around?" you would tell them so they could be taken away and killed? Watched this video in full. I don't know why you felt the need to protest at Adam's concert. I'm assuming it's because he's gay? Why don't you go do something more constructive with your gospel and feed the hungry rather than tell people that Adam and all homosexuals are going to hell. In part 4, this guy says he was "raised in a false religion," which suggests to me that he was, at some point in his life, completely and totally brainwashed by some Christian missionaries. He now believes that anyone who doesn't think exactly as he does is in the wrong, and that they therefore need to be converted to his way of thinking.

Apostle Paul mentions that it's good that some men not marry so they can spend more time serving God that would have had to be spent caring for a wife & kids. Maybe they were born with a lower-than-average desire for the opposite sex because God had such great plans for them for His kingdom. @jammerbens To your 2nd point: truth is not determined by what one individual thinks is right for them. Truth is an absolute, regardless of opinion. If 2 people are on a tall building and step off, gravity will be true for both of them, even if one sincerely believes there is no gravity. Without a standard-giver (God), all would be subjective. You couldn't say murder is right or wrong, only that you "prefer" that people don't murder. Please turn from sin, trust in Christ.

Wtf. I'm 13 years old and I was at the concert. Yeah it was a blast and my mom was going to walk over to you and snatch that megaphone out your hand because you were pissing her off. You can't judge people because they're gay. That's stupid. I'm a christian and I go to church but I wasnt't going to leave the concert after we got lost 3 times and drove 3 hours to get there. I'm not going to hell because I went to his concert. And guess what I'm going again August in Virginia and Raleigh:)

Adam, through his kind words and loving actions taught me to accept and love everyone. I recently went to one of his concerts and felt closer to God than ever before. For the first time in my life I felt this internal love like the Holy Spirit was filling my heart. If that means I’m going to hell, I'm ready to go

Even if they were, hypothetically, the closest to the definition of a “perfect” human being as possible? Are you content in believing in such a judgmental God? @claudiacloods Regarding the religions you mentioned...the problem is that everyone who is old enough to know right from wrong, and has sinned just ONE time, has already done enough to be separated from God for all eternity. And there is no amount of good works you can do to wash away even one sin, let alone the thousands we are all guilty of. And since God is a just judge, He must punish all who have broken His commands. But He is also loving amd merciful (continued next post)...

@claudiacloods He is merciful, and "while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us". So God could be a just judge and punish sin, but also merciful in that He took the penalty we deserved. So any religion that is attempting to get right with God by their good works, donations, repetitious prayers, whatever, they will all fail. The bible says "All our righteous acts are as filty rags to God" We can't bribe the judge. We must accept His payment for us, the blood of Christ.

Now that we have that out of the way, I’d like to share certain thoughts that came to mind as I watched your videos. I’m sure you’re aware that Jesus changed the way people were to follow God’s commandments. He even went so far as to change the Old Testament thinking of “an eye for an eye” into New Testament thinking of “turn the other cheek”. Maybe someone new will come along and expand on Jesus’ teachings... do you think you’d believe the person if they claimed to be the new Messiah?

Hate; the simple and general word, suggests passionate dislike and a feeling of enmity. I understand your claim that you so love these people that you will spend your life preaching to them, so I can agree that you don't "hate" them, but perhaps we should move onto the synonyms of the word hate, which are often much more telling and accurate than the word being used...

I just pointed out the fact that you said ALL lying is sinful regardless of the consequences of telling a lie whether good or bad. Generalization can be extemely dangerous. That's has been my problem with the Bible even as a Christian or just a believer of the Holy Trinity. That book doesn't take in the "If's" of life. It assumes too much of people and their abilities and calculates them as machines.

And I appreciate it when people correct me if I'm doing something wrong. A good friend will warn someone when they are in danger. That's why I was there. To tell people who haven't been saved, "Wkae up! The house is on fire!" That's a good thing to hear if you're inside a burning building (figuratively) and don't know it.

Mr. Fisher, it is not acceptable to a large number of people to go around telling them they are sinners because of their sexual orientation. It is not righteous or godly to state that you went to Adam's concert venue because gay people attract sinners. It is distasteful - you are distaseful - to condemn one of the nicest, most loving and giving men on the planet to hell because he loves men. What's more, you are missing the core point of loving others. Loving is not a bullhorn sermon.

When Peter and others spoke in the marketplaces or at the city gates, it was to large crowds. I'm sure they shouted, and probably would have loved to have a bullhorn! Romans Ch. 1 and 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 tell people that homosexuality is sin, I'm just telling you what the bible says.

You say that we have free will, so let people live like they want to, and stop trying to make them change. The saddest part about this is that you, and many other people, actually BELIEVES in this. And I get that, I let people believe in what they want as long as they don't try to force me to believe it. But you think that you are preaching about love and acceptance, and whatever, but you're not. You don't think you're preaching about hate, because you don't actually say the word hate, but you really are preaching about it, teaching people to HATE other people because of the way they are born...

@1012Laurie So intollerant!! By the way, I'm not a protester. I was there to preach to the crowd. When I preach at a Bobcats or Panthers game, I'm not protesting sports. However, I am glad I actually got to speak with Adam's brother. I wish he would have told me who he was. We actually had a good conversation. We completely disagree with each other, but I gave him as much time to talk as he wanted. Most of our talk wasn't taped.
