i have a few questions for this song. 1. if even Elphaba didn't know about the wizard and his funky green potion how did Galinda know about it? and 2. if they could see her nose, wouldn't they see that she was green before she was all the way out?

@ulltraBLONDE Towards the end after Elphie died, Glinda took the bottle that Elphie kept under her pillow to the wizard because she knew that the wizard had a bottle just like it and those two were the only ones she'd ever seen before. That's when they realized that Elphie's mom was the one that he had an affair with that night and he was acually her dad. As for your other question: I don't know. I've always wondered that too.

The song "For Good" is the song it's played before Elphaba's "death". When that song ends, or before it starts, I don't remember, Elphaba makes Glinda swear on her life that she would not try to clean Elphaba's name, which means, Glinda is making Elphaba's last wish, because Glinda really wanted to help Elphie. That's why she's happy, because Elphie asked
