It's polish, old, noble surname. Should be pronounced more like "klepatski", not "klepaki". My mother's nee is Klepacki. But probably Frank himself is using wrong american pronounciation. So sad.

This is pretty awesome, and a great achievement for Frank. Though I can't help but feel that Hell March was a tad... watered down from the orchestra. (No i don't have anything against orchestras, but I feel it was unnecessary for this.)

The words are apparently from a German officer: "Die Waffen, Legt An!"

I'm not sure if I got that all right, but apparently it means guns at the ready, or words to that effect.
