Amazingly there is a rule that penalizes players for jumping into hits. In case your too dumb that's for player's safety. Plus what kind of guy lines up players but wears a visor?? coward. And the rule you are talking about clearly states that you cannot leave your feet before contact (Key word is before). And how does playing with a visor make him a coward.
