Good song; Probably the most apt I've heard in the contest since the style fits him pretty well, though I feel it's a bit slow at times (if I could offer a bit of constructive criticism). Kassadin's play style would really be better to emphasize, at least in small bursts, fast-paced parts (Jump in, combo spam, get the kill, gtfo).

I'd make an awesome Kassadin song, but Grendel already released Void Malign...

I do like the song as a whole very much. At first the screaming bothered me, but after the third time listening I started liking it. Now, what I don't like about the song are the lyrics. They do seem like a mix of Kassadin (chorus, last passage), Malzahar (1, 3 and 4) and Nocturne (1, 2 and 4). Fiddle, Cho and Morde could also fit into some of the verses.

I actually really like the chorus. The screaming suits what Karthus is all about so well. Just a twisted soul, manipulated by the void; screaming as the corruption and insanity pours out from within him. I love this song in general; beautifully done. I'll definitely be listening to it whenever I play Karthus. Booyah :D

Going to add onto what Naten said as to why I didn't like the chorus that much. The effects added onto the voice are what really detracted from it in my opinion, a version without the little extra bits added onto it would be swell ^-^

I like the whole song, even the chorus. I disagree with the people that think the screaming doesnt match Kassadin. I think that he is kind of a psycho guy in the inside. Void and messing with people's minds. Maybe on the inside he doesnt look like a crazy guy but its always the calm ones that are crazy. Great song, you should submit your work for the summoner spotlight to get some credit.

Huh, this could actually work for Malzahar too, they're both people who've witnessed the void in their own way, and it kind of sounds like it could be for either of them, especially after "Your destiny's written for you" since Malz is a seer. Song of Void really does suit the sound and feel of it, I love it, can't wait for the mp3s =)
