The laws about DUI or DWI should be much stricter but as always they always wait for some innocent people to die first. Bail out, DUI school, some fine and you are free to do it again until you kill someone because some people needs to be trained and tamed like wild dogs, they learn the hard way

@tharock220 I know right? I've never ever had a DUI or DWI, buyt, if I did, getting arrested and taken to jail and posting a bond would be a huge wake up call and enough conviction for me. I sure wouldnt want it on my record. Dont blow. And DONT answer questions. Most officers are always miked up and camera is rolling. The chances of the case being dismissed is 5 times greater if you remain silent and dont blow.

@tharock220 Maybe he is a moron, then again maybe he isn't. If he wasn't respectful and truthful the Trooper would have still been able to arrest him based on the evidence. There is also the fact that the Trooper could have slapped a few other fines on him as well. He could have gotten a fine for driving the wrong way down that one way street. At this rate he only gets a DWI. He could also be one who tells the truth when he's drunk. My bro-in-law is that way.
