you go in to options and select free draw, then once youv drawn them make them not colide with the tracks (under collision menu)

Chain is a little buggy in teh new phun, But nice tank!

yeah, its always been a little "stretchy" but at least it cant tangle as of 4.20, because of the "no selfcollision" option
