all i have to say is form... you'll lose more points than it's worth.. you're strong enough, straighten out your arms and stay hollow.. otherwise, not bad, keep it up =)

Working it with bent arms will never help you get it with locked arms. Go back and start training it over the right way. This will make you better in every way.
your shoulders have to be within the top-bottom range to get element-recognition, but you still get deduction, about 2 tenths, 3 if you count the bending of the arm. you only get 0 deduction when the height of your shoulders is equal to the height of your hands. still good effort

Not so much an Iron Cross as a very wide dip :D Elbows need to be locked dude! Keep training hard though :) Good Luck!
