Why does he need to be the kind of person who always has the right answer. Because of this need it speaks of something wrong within him.

@PsySwitch1983 You obviously don't know Tony. He's pretty 'real' when it comes to answer-men. However, he also acts very 'certain' because to be shaky in his line of work wouldn't serve very well. No one wants to listen to the advice of someone who 'doesn't know'. Just ain't going to happen.
