@bitemeufukhead The language is Portuguese and they are from Brazil. The older guy is the songwriter, and he is so moved by Adair's performance that he promises to write music especially for Adair to sing. As this was recorded several years ago, that did happen and Adair went on to record at least one album. He's in his late teens at this point and still singing as far as I know.
