I had this phone for a year and half the battery could never hold a charge I'd have it charged for over twelve hours I'd take it off the charger at 8am and by noon it would be nearly dead. I kept the phone though, than the final straw came when I would try to do stuff and the phone would shut off without any warning it would be hard to turn back on. I couldn't get above 2 bars for phone calls I finally traded it in with Sprint and got a Samsung Replenish I'm a lot happier now.

for all the ppl saying stay away from it and it sucks, i am an owner of this phone and yes, it does suck, IF U HAVE 1.5! 1.f was terrible and shit froze all the time, it was slow and god damn it was terrible, it took forever to make calls the screen was laggy, u could never click on something because ur screen was always froze, but since i had the official eclair 2.1 update. the phone itself made a large improvement, its just as good as the top androids. but when the froyo comes out, OMG 2.2 ftw

I own the htc touch pro and I recently tried to have my phone repaired but sprint couldn't fix the problem. I was told I can upgrade to this phone for free. Can anyone give me more personal feedback? I use my phone for a lot of business and some entertainment? Is this phone good for both?

I rather you get another windows phone bcuase its more compatible with buisness the samsung moment has a way short battery life. I rather you not get it if you deal with buisness. But entertainment all the way! SO the answer is its good by 50% not 100%

This phone sucks. the internet locks up after ten minutes and you have to reboot the phone to get it working again, the gps never works unless its a clear sunny day and now having issues with the phone turning on and off by itself stay away from the moment.

I Love The Samsung Moment I own one myself! I mostly use it for applications,texting,camera, and much more! I would reccomend it for people who text alot and want a faster proccesor than the Htc Hero!

I have had the Hero and the phone is good. I just got the Samsung Moment and it is far better than the Hero. It is quicker and more battery life. Everyone keeps saying about the 3 home screens but really thats all you need. I think the phone is just a better phone. My HTC Hero had a lot of issues with the GPS rebooting my phone. Come to find out it was a 2.1 software issue. If one is stuck with deciding which one to get my opinion is the Moment.

Anyone had issues with teh moment case the blue and black one. The case is not strong and the phones falls out its defective. It cracked my screen. Now sprint doesnt believe its my fault and say accessory issues is not thier problem. Please report these probelms to sprint so they can take this accessory off the market.
