Last yardsale I had I made 1289$ from antiques and glassware I bought for 20$. Not at a storage unit but I bought it from the crazy catlady that lived on my street, she moved out and her house was PACKED full of shit. I bought the whole estate for 20$, it took several weeks and LOTS of trashbags but I found some great stuff buried under cat piss like antique lead crystal, old store signs and even a 1950's Schwinn bike

If you go to the storage auctions with intent to turn around and sell it do you need to have a business license or tax the income made off of it.
