Its Minne The Moocher done by Cab Callooway and his Orchestra in 1931. It has also been covered by the Blues Brothers. You can actually find High Laurie's version on iTunes and also on YouTube here.

I watched the whole first season of House before I found out Hugh Laurie had an accent, and I swear to God, it still freaks me out every single time. X)

Actually, it doesn't really matter. People with accents don't have an accent when they sing. If you've listened to Ozzy Osbourne talk, and then listen to him sing...You'll notice a HUGE difference in the pronunciation of his words.
