What 13 chs?
Any of the 13 deplexer_decoded from ANY 2ch stereo "recording"
(since discovering 6 ch "analogue" surround in 1965)
Plus- after deplexer-decoding, I can feed them "back"- into whatever soundstage- that I want to "recreate"
& Thus can "re-record' ANY of the sounds that happened on the night of Ur performance- all those years ago
(Because it's always been there- hidden deep- inside the original recordings)

OMG you "scream"- 52 chs? Not_Possible.!
Why not?
I "record" onto 2 STEREO tracks & have the ability to do this in 2 directions (forwards & reverse)
I thus record one SIDE (using all 13chs- 1 after the other, whilst "simultainiously" using a different SET of 13 in reverse)
& I do exactly the same- on the OTHER "side" with a different set of tracks (both forwards & reversed)
To get 52 chs "playing" simultainiously at the 9 minute mark.

Here's a funny twist (if U needed this TWISTED any more than it already IS)
EVERY VERSION - IS DIFFERENT
The xanga version (audio only) is 18 minutes & 6secs in length
With 52 different tracks "playing" .. at the nine minute mark.
& In a multitude of aspects & DIRECTIONS
PLUS
The entire 18 minute track - CANNOT ever be turned end for end
Or "played' ANY differently
As it "plays' exactly the same in either direction.
With the exact same delays - L to R & visa versa
