Is SkreemR anything like MP3-Find.com? MP3-Find.com sent their slimey internet troll out to steal one of our songs off YouTube and they are charging people to download it from thier website. We do ALL the work, they steal it and sell it. Nice!

I love this fuckin site I use it to get music direct to my PSP using the PSP's web browser but you cant really tell what your downloading till you play it later b/c the flash player on skreemr doesnt work even though you run the plugin on the PSP. the player shows but doesnt start playing.

The appropriate thing for me to say is that you should seek the advice of a lawyer :).

Unofficially, it's your call. If you own the track in some form or another (tape decks, vinyl, cds, etc), then I would imagine you are fine. If not... just use the iTunes store. You can DL music from iTunes for less than $1 per track.

Skreemr is my favorite because it's fast, you can do advanced searches, and they tell you the size of the file. The other site I use is air mp3 because they usually have more available than skreemr - more artists, and more selection. They are annoyingly slow though, and have tons of ads.
