they're not charcoals, just pencils. here in Finland i bought them from a bookstore. if you are looking for pencils i recommend Faber Castell or Derwent, you might find them in local art- or bookstores

if you'd have read the description, you'd noticed this line: "I made my lineart beforehand, so the video shows only my shading & highlighting" :D so yes, sketching was involved. my camera just wasn't able to capture those fine lines
