The point of the video is that most of those "Islamic fashions" were very immodest by Muslim standards and many did not meet the requirements to be considered hijab. Muslimah's should not "screw up" Islamic fashion by wearing proper hijab. Hijab isn't just a scarf on your head it's modest;y covering your entire body and not drawing excessive attention to yourself etc

I agree that some of the clothes are too tight or too short and don't comply with the hijab rules; but I don't think that wearing black abayas and headscarves is the only option women have to dress modestly.
