For everyone asking if this hurts, or anyone who's going to ask it on any other piercing video,,, it's a needing going straight through a part of your body,,, so to answer your naive questions, yes it hurts, they all hurt, some more than others but the pain is only for a second, and biting your lip or cheek while eating hurts more,,, the pain is half the fun,,, if there was no pain there would be no adrenalin and you wouldn't have the urge to do it,,,

@likekaymae I heard it only causes erosion if the barbell is too big, rubbing against your teeth. I spoke to my piercer, and she said she's never had any problems with hers, no erosion, no gum recession, because she has the right size bar.

i got my smiley done back in 2008 as well but they had used a long hook needle cuz i watched this one and another vid.. and yall shizz looked painful cuz of the equipment.. oh and i had to hold my own lip.. but i love mii piercing i run across ppl everyday tht i talk to whom are always asking about it like wats right there is the famous one but i love to show it off...
