Lou-Ann is a xiao fei tian! (=little angel) so sweet. She is like a smiling rose bud. I wish to adopt a Baby from China, since my husband is chinese and we want many children. You are so blessed. I only hope that it is in our destiny to adopt a xiao fei tian, too.
