You know, I may seem a bit aggressive, but I swear you it's been more than hundreds of discussions.

I get visits from people of my language, French, and I want to make sure they understand. "Flute" is an evocative word for them, that's exactly how this instrument is called in French, whereas "Recorder" evokes a recording device.

You know the funny thing I noticed while playing my Angel Soprano recorder at night during a vacation to Orlando, Florida? The recorder sounds quite a lot like an ocarina. That, or I need to get annual hearing check-ups scheduled (which isn't needed; I have extremely good hearing; often, I notice sounds nobody else does).

Il faudrait que j'écrive une partition mais pour le moment c'est pas prévu. Apprends les notes de la flûte à bec, ya des sites pour ça, et essaye de reproduire d'après la vidéo. Tu peux aussi essayer à l'oreille, c'est très faisable c'est comme ça que j'ai fait.
