I am someone who actually suffered from acne for a long time. I tried every cure there was. Some worked and some made false promises. I vowed that if I cleared up my acne, I would show others how to do this as well. How do you reduce oil production? I've reduced my acne, but my skin still produces a whole lot of oil! By the end of the school day, my face looks all sweaty, but it's really just oil.

why not just go to a dermatologist for your skin problems?

i have cystic acne

i take an oral antibiotic

and i apply a skin cream before sleeping

makes my skin look FLAWLESS

@DorisErikssonisCRAZY do you use "retin-a". thats what i used. and it workED sooo well.i stopped for a while,i think, and now my skin is broken out again.

actually, i used the generic version which is called 'retinoid a' cream at 0.05%

you have to use it EVERY night and ALL OVER your face because it turns off the oil glands wherever you put it on your face

a close friend of mine just used it where she had acne, and her acne came back. but since she started putting it ALL OVER her face, a lot of it is gone! :D

@DorisErikssonisCRAZY thanks for responding so fast. i really appreciate it ! :) but yeah i have "retin-a", but i dont use it regularly. but maybe i should. haha, my skin is soooo even. lol, im half black so my acne scars are kinda dark. it sucks. lol, but im gonna take your advice and put it ALL over my skin. and ill take my pill i have for it too. i want clear skin for prom season so i can wear dresses and whatnot :/ wish me luck !

Very helpfull video!!!! I already subscribed to you.I used to have cistic acne, and now I dont anymore. BUT last month I stopped taking my contraceptive and after like 2 weeks my skin broke out BADLY, it was insane. I only take contraceptive for my skin!!ONLY, so I thought "maybe I should give one month break an see how my skin reacts" BAD idea. My skin went crazy! Those kind of products make a diference in my life! I want to buy all the products u mentioned, i havent try them yet! Tks =)

@xsimonlarsen I´m in Finland and I have order Mario Badescu products from BeautyBay. It´s easy and fast as it come from UK. It would cost a lot more to order from USA so using something inside EU is easy.

Hi great video, it got me thinking... Do you think guys can use Mario Badescu, or what you call it? I'm a guy, and i have acne scaring. I use the clinique 3-step skincare system and some face wash at night, and a cream i got from my doctor, a really harsh one that really has helped me. But over the past year i've gotten some pretty bad acne scaring, but some of the products i use have cleared it up a bit. So... Do you think it would work for guys to use that stuff? :) xoxo
