the fact is it teen choice awards and kids are watching. I DO however, think the pole was INTENTIONAL to give the event more publicity than it might have had without the pole. In show business you know what they say, "ANY publicity is better than NO publicity'. I suspect Ms. Cyrus' career is running out of steam and that the 'pole' was added specifically to add more undercurrents of 'scandal' to Miley's waning ratings. Fame is fleeting.
