He made some reforms in Egypt:

-He permited the politics parties.

-He open the economy of Egypt.

-He gave freedom to the egyptians.

-He signed the peace with Israel.

As citizen of a country of Western Europe (Spain) I think that the Muslim World needs leaders like Sadat.

Today Egypt needs a new Sadat, a man as Sadat can do the reforms that Egypt need. I hope that the islamists dont take the power in Egypt, as christian i must to remember to the christians of Egypt.

I just visited the Jimmy Carter Center Museum in Atl, GA and was so impressed of President Jimmy Carter's work and his relationship with Another Great President Muhammed Anwar Al Sadat. He was a humble believer in G-D and a wonderful President. If he was still alive he would never had submtted to the USA in financing the war on other muslim countries and other tyranny acts against the muslim world............May G-D continue to guide you on the straight path.

I dont know why u mention religion,i am Egyptian christian and i am proud of this man,my father was fighting in the 2 wars and served 7 years in the army,,pls stick to being Egyptian we are all Egyptians my friend

You can't deny that he was a Muslim. We have Christians and Muslims in Egypt.. We can also say that Butrus Ghaly is an Egyptian Christian man. Religion is part of the identity of a man. So it is undeniable that we belong to a large community in the world that is Egypt. Then we belong to either Islam or Christianity. Then we belong to a big family. Finally we belong to a small family i.e.father, mother sisters..etc...
