I've owned 2 of these es-330's from the 60's. They are amazing players and tone monsters! I prefer them over the es335. The trapeze makes for slinkier action as well. Earlier feedback results of note hanging Nugent style not the annoying feedback though just has to be controlled playin it. Awesome.
hey all u guys at FA i love all the guitars youve been doing, but i was wondering if you could broaden ur focus a bit and try different vintage AMPLIFIERS too. the vox ac30 and the 60's tonemaster are great but its getting kinda boring.... i think it would b so awesome if you would try out like an old marshall jtm 45 or fender voodoo blues amp or something. just a suggestion, please let me know what u think :)

I own a 1963 ES-330. Much lighter (and better, I think) than the more collectable 335s. As the man says, it's a real one-off.
Thanks for posting this.

the last Jam you said, "What tune is that?"
its Southern Man by Neil Young =)
do you have a 74' les paul delux?
aaandyymusic 2 years ago
actually, it's "last dance with mary jane" by tom petty. kind of similar vibe to "southern man" but way different chords.

Awesome stuff.
You should list your prices in the description. I've got myself a '68 ES-335 and I'd love to know how much it goes for.
