Your daughter is real sweetheart. She reminds me of my 11-year-old, who recently assisted with our first kidding of the season. Our Alpine doe, Star, also presented her first kid breech. It's apparently not that uncommon even though it's a malpresentation. The funny thing with Star was that we saw the tail of the baby in the bubble before it broke. The tail was wagging away!
:/ is it just me or do goats seem to have a much harder time at birth than other animals...? like... the babies seem to be bigger, I guess, in relation to the mother...
