I am the English announcer at Ao Nang Krabi, I train there too and at (3) other places in Ao Nang Krabi ... old school Muay Thai. E-mail me and I will send you pictures and articles. I have trained at Tiger, Sinbi, Suwit and Patong Gyms ... all amazing. I am only 2.5 hour drive from Phuket so I go there often.

the jab hand starts low and stays low, the front hook should be led by the hips, and after the quarter turn side step you should be countering with the outside hand not the inside. otherwise great

Yea, Zina has had to learn MT or we would not spend that much time together. We even sparr sometimes, she tries to KO me and I have to tell JAI yen yen ... in fact her Thai trainers say the same thing. Cool your heart.
