I don't believe it. The guy at 0:23 is Richard Waites who appeared in a show I used to watch as a kid called Zzzap!. He played Cuthbert Lilly.

@BBrooksMr Yup, You can also see (and hear) him in the Original Pilot for Art Attack and In the Third Series of Paralell 9... Trying to find other things with him in, I am a fan of Zzzap... :D

@christhecoolboy I'm a big fan of Zzzap! too. I'm actually responsible for the article on Richard Waites on Wikipedia (I just thought I'd plug that, while I'm here). :-) Did you know that he was also "Tricky Dicky" in Series 1 of Zzzap! ?

@BBrooksMr Yeah... How did he play two characters... I edited the wiki article to add this video link... I wonder if we could find more things with him in, you know the one thing I would love? One of those things on channel 4 about bring back old shows or where are they now about zzzap with umm... whats his name? Man with a beard! :D

@christhecoolboy The "Tricky Dicky" scenes were filmed in Maidstone, Kent. I suppose it didn't take long to change costume, he didn't require Make-Up as he wore a balaclava. :-)
When they did the comic scenes they had a stand-in as Tricky, in the middle to fill in for him, while he was being Cuthbert in the top-left hand corner.
The man with the beard is Neil Buchanan (Smart Arty), he's in a Heavy Metal Band now you know, called "Marseille". A reunion show for Zzzap! would be great.

@BBrooksMr No, I was talking about someone on Channel 4 who looks back at old shows to see how they are now, whats his name... umm... OH... Justin lee Collins! I wish he would do one on Zzzap! :D

@christhecoolboy LOL Sorry about that. I read ages ago that Channel 4 axed that series due to poor ratings. Justin was just about to do one for "The Goonies" when he found out. :-( I would have loved to have seen that.
A Bring Back...Zzzap! would be excellent, sadly though it's unlikely he ever will.
