hey i own 2 copies of the beta version as my dad worked for nintendo i put 1 of the betas on a game website but im not sure what its called also i belive in some contries there are downlaodable versions of the beta so search for it on google

I guess Nintendo didn't put this ghost in the main project because the game would look too much difficult for children. Thought everyone at any age play Mario games, they wanted to make something that could please both young and old gamers... I mean, srsly, a ghost that makes your HP go down from 100/100 to 50/50 is too much hardcore xD

The Timer (The thing that shows the time was the beta Gameboy Horror) had a built-in Ghost Detector. It's the light on top of the timer.

When it bleeps and turns red, a ghost is nearby. I remember this when I went to the Nintendo Space World
