52C on your cpu in what amounts to idle? Hell no way. The 5600+ is best OC'd to a max of about 3000 MHz, give or take a few. Even with your very nice CPU cooler, that's way too much. I predict much BSOD-ing

i have stock cooler, x2 5600+ brisbane 65nm 2.9ghz@3.08ghz on stock voltage
runs stable, idle temperature about 35C, stress 40-50+, never more than 60
