Actually, "ClassicNick", this promo was from between 1987 and 1988 -- NOT 1990. I remember it like it was yesterday, especially since my family got multi-cable in 1989 with this channel included.

This was also THE VERY FIRST Nickelodeon TV promo involving The Jive Five's "Nick Nick Nick" jingle. This iss THE ONE that launched the "NicK Nick Nick" campaign as well as the identity of Nickelodeon that made it as opular as it was from those years gone by.

For me, Nick always used to be channel 44, then somewhere around 2003 it was changed to 62, and now it's 53.
